Welcome to the Lynchburg Parks and Recreations's new online registration site. Here, you can create a participant profile, get complete information on our classes and activities, and register yourself or your child. If you are new to this registration site, please take a moment to read the instructions below to help you better navigate the process. NOTE: All participants, including those who have registered with Lynchburg Parks and Recreation previously, must create a profile in this new system in order to register.

How to Get Started
New User
You must first click on the Sign In icon and then click on the Create an Account icon and follow the prompts to create a user account. If you know that you will be registering additional family members for an activity, this is a good time to do so. Once you have completed the information, click on the Sign In icon and begin to select your classes and activities by choosing the activity categories listed at the top of the page. Continue to follow the prompts until you have selected all your activities and classes, and completed payment. A receipt will be emailed to the address you provided. You can return to a previous page at any time by clicking on the previous button of your page or the back button in your browser.
NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer, please upgrade to IE11 for the system to work most effectively.
Returning User
Follow the prompts to sign in. You will be directed to your individual or family information page. From there, simply click on the activity category at the top of the page you are interested in. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Forgot Your Password icon and your password will be emailed to you. You can return to a previous page at any time by clicking on the previous button of your page or the back arrow in your browser.
Participation Agreement, 911 Release, and Photo Release
Every person registering for a class or activity must sign this release, which will be distributed to all participants on the first day of class. A parent and/or a legal guardian of anyone under 18 must sign and return the release by the first day of class. The photo release is not required, but appreciated. It can be signed on the first day of class. Read the text of all of these agreements on our paper Registration Form.
Classes and Activities
Classes and activities are listed by category at the top of the page. If you have trouble locating an activity, use the "search" function at the top of each page. Once you locate your activity, click the blue "register" button on the right side of the page. If the "register" button does not appear, that activity requires in-person registration.
Scholarship Program
The scholarship program helps make Parks and Recreation activities, classes and camps affordable to all Lynchburg City residents. Activity registration for scholarship recipients must be done in-person. Download the scholarship application, or for more information email Customer Service or call (434) 455-5858. NOTE: If you plan to apply for a scholarship for your child, please do so before registering. We do not provide refunds.
