Description:
Learn traditional and modern line dance routines from Latin, Country, Hip-Hop, Top 40, and more! Line dancing is a low impact workout, with easy-to-follow movement that helps improve strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health. Get a great workout and a serious dose of fun every session! Class meets once a week for 60 minutes. Class is open to beginner and intermediate dancers. We will start slow with a few warm-up songs before moving into more advanced steps. Register for an entire session or pay $7 LR/$9 NR per class to drop-in. Students can sign up in advance for multiple drop-in sessions.
