Step into this continuing tap experience. Tap dance is a fun and healthy activity to exercise your body and mind. Tap dance is a fun and healthy activity to exercise your body and mind. Regular tap dance exercise increases cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and builds strength in the legs and feet, while increasing flexibility in the hips, knees, and ankles. Dancers with little or no dance experience must register for the Adult Beginner class first. Tap shoes required. No class on 11/28. Register by 9/13.
