Sprouts truly are the best locally-grown food, offering many health and environmental benefits. This class will cover spouting containers, what can be sprouted, why sprouting is good for you, and some recipes on how to incorporate sprouts into your diet. Students will enjoy a salad with sprout samples and get seeds to take home. Family members welcome. Register by 4/1.
