$50 VENDOR FEE – If selling services/products/food/beverages
If you would like to apply to set up to vend at HealthFest, please fill out the online application linked below.
This fee can be paid online here, or in person at Miller Center. Fee includes one parking pass, one 10×10 tent space, one 6’ table and one chair.
Please note: payments will be promptly refunded in full if you are not selected. If your application is submitted after September 15, A $10 late charge will be added to the application fee. Late applications and special requests will be considered on a first-paid, first-served basis as space permits. No refunds will be given after September 15th if accepted to vend at the Health and Wellness Fair.
