Description:
Jump on the band wagon and learn how to incorporate fresh produce into home recipes. Aspiring chef’s will explore the use of fresh produce from the garden at the Miller Center and campers will visit Great Day Gardens to see where and how local food is grown. On the final day each team will have to bring their creativity and test their skills as they will be given a mystery box of items to create a meal to present at the end of class. Supplies provided. Register by 7/18.
