In this hands-on class Ken Reed from Fathers Cafe & Bakery at the Lynchburg Community Market will demonstrate dough prep, dough laminating procedures, followed by baking. Families welcome! Students will enjoy fresh baked pasties in class and dough to take home to bake. Register by 7/30.
