Throughout the course, learn the basics of gardening and expand your knowledge of basic plant facts, needs, and locations. Participants will be taught how to listen to their plants and provide the essentials to allow them to thrive! Sara Edwards, a seasoned gardener and biologist, will apply scientific research and hands on experience to ensure that you enjoy the most life out of your indoor and outdoor plants. Participants will take home a sampling of plants to start their garden. Register by 3/22.

Safety is the top priority at Lynchburg Parks and Recreation as we continue to serve our community members with quality programs. We have implemented the following safety protocols for all of our in-person recreation programs: Assumption of Risk forms, daily health screening questionnaire, social distanced classroom set-up, face mask requirements, hand sanitation stations on site, and regular cleaning of the facilities.
