Description:
Changing food and lifestyle practices in accordance with the seasons can make a profound impact on health and well-being. In this class, participants will learn the benefits and best practices for eating seasonally during springtime, along with how to do a seasonal cleanse that will bring faster results toward personal health goals. Participants will leave this class equipped with simple seasonal recipes, a spring foods list, and practical knowledge on increasing energy, detoxifying the body, and feeling their best this spring.
