Description:
Learn about the culinary industry from the ground up! Camp will include field trips to local farms and culinary lessons by community professionals, creating a true farm to table experience. Using the food gathered during the farm visits, young chefs will create culinary masterpieces. Chefs will also learn kitchen safety and specialized cooking techniques throughout the week. Camp will conclude with a safe and socially distanced reception for families to sample the culinary creations. Register by 7/4.
