Description:
Blackwater Creek watershed encompasses a major tributary to the James. Come out and help improve the esthetics of Lynchburg's blueway trail system and parks the Blackwater Creek weaves through. Wear sturdy closed toe shoes or boots that won't get sucked off in the mud (no sandals or slip-ons), work clothes, a hat, work gloves, and sunscreen is recommended. Register in advance to help us prepare. If you would like to register as a group or have any questions, please contact natureoutdoors@lynchburgva.gov.

Youth 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
