Description:
Step into this energetic beginning or continuing tap experience. Tap dance is a fun and healthy activity to exercise your body and mind. Regular tap dance exercise increases cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and builds strength in the legs and feet, while increasing flexibility in the hips, knees, and ankles. Participants will learn basic steps and combinations based in rhythmic tap in a 14-week class. Tap shoes required. No class on 4/4. Register by 1/22.
A spring performance for family and friends will be held in the Miller Center Theatre on Friday, May 3.
